Gruene Tree Learning Center was created with the needs of young children in mind. We lead by example, treat each child as unique, show love and acceptance to each one, and strive to share the love of Jesus with those in our midst. We are a licensed preschool that offers extended hours as a convenience to our families.
We follow the holiday calendar of Comal ISD.
Our curriculum is faith based and designed around the age levels of the children.
We accept children 2 through 5 years of age. Children must be 2 years of age on or before September 1st to attend for the new school year.
Our school operates Monday through Friday, 8:30am/8:45am to 1:30pm/1:45pm.
Extended Care is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Morning Care is 7:30 am at a cost of $10.00 per child, per day and Afternoon Care ends at 5:00 pm at a cost of $18.00 per child, per day. If a child attends Morning Care 4 or 5 days per week, they will receive a weekly discount of $10.00 off. If a child attends Afternoon Care 4 or 5 days per week, they will receive a weekly discount of $18.00 off.

2 days per week: Monday/ Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday at a cost of $245 per month. 3 days per week: Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thur/Fri at a cost of $325 per month. 4 days per week: Monday – Thursday at a cost of $385 per month. 5 days per week: Monday – Friday at a cost of $465 per month.
4/5 YR OLD PRE-K 4/ KINDER PREPARATION STUDENTS ONLY…REGISTRATION FEE $225 4/5 year old Pre-K 4 / Kinder Preparation days offered are as follows:

Families with more than one child will pay full tuition for the first child; receive a 15% discount for the second child and a 10% discount for the third child. No further discounts will be given for tuition.
• We offer low student-teacher ratios. • Children will be placed in classrooms based on age and what will best meet their educational needs. • We offer chapel and exercise weekly. • Our playground has climbing structures for the development of gross motor skills. • We have a gym for inside play when the weather does not permit the children to be outside. • Community Helpers visit the school from time to time. • We serve nutritious snacks. • We offer help with toilet training.
